Vice President and Head of Global Customer Care | Iron Mountain
Tim Butler is the vice president and head of global customer care at Iron Mountain, an information management and data center company and a member of the S&P 500. In this role, he is accountable for day-to-day, transactional support of Iron Mountain’s 230,000 customers world-wide; as well as oversight of the digital customer experience/ self-service capabilities. Mr. Butler previously served as Iron Mountain’s head of global customer experience (CX), where he led the development of Iron Mountain’s Voice-of-Customer program. Prior to leading CX, he managed Business Solutions for the North America region, leading several customer service support teams, including: quality assurance, workforce management and CRM product management.
