As Chief Revenue Officer of SAP Customer Experience, Paula Hansen is responsible for the global sales strategy, go-to-market operations, and customer success across the SAP CX portfolio. Dedicated to helping organizations harness the experience economy and put customers at the center of everything, Ms. Hansen leads the team that delivers value through every stage of the customer journey. Customer Experience is the fastest growing portfolio within SAP’s Cloud businesses. Prior to joining SAP in February 2019, Ms. Hansen held several leadership positions with Cisco. Most recently she served as Vice President for Cisco’s Global Enterprise business, a $2B business focused on enabling customers’ digital transformation. During her 18-year tenure at Cisco, Ms. Hansen consistently delivered profitable revenue growth while evolving the go-to-market through the company’s market transitions. A frequent speaker at the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business, Ms. Hansen’s authentic and inspirational leadership style fosters an energizing team culture.
